Adam & Joe are looking rough these days...

Joe might love it, but Phil IS a cock after throwing his flip flops at me from atop Arthur's Stone.

The visit of Joe and Jo included a trek to the beach, as it was a gorgeous day (pictured). Once we got the the beach there was so much mist we could barely see each other. I did piss about in a dingy for several hours though until I felt sick. Thats twice I've been in the sea this year!
