Langland Beach Picnic

With my Mum and Sister down we decided to go for a picnic at Langland. Now as you can imagine, a picnic with me is no simple matter. I decided on Gazpacho soup, stuffed tomato salad (stuffed with cous cous) and a fresh fruit salad for dessert. Taking all these liquidy items up and down steep hills was fun in bowls covered with clingfilm but nothing leaked surprisingly. The food was great - Cath's fruit salad ver impressive I must delegate more ofter. The Gaspacho was also good, although I might put some chilli in next time - Al would doubtless have complained about it being bland. Check out the rocks for tables though!
