Cath got her 2:1 and met the minimum entry requirements to live in this flat. Obviously I will need to see documentary evidence to confirm this.
In the meantime, she has developed a Jeremy Beadle arm and no sense of perspective as she reaches for the pepper grinder.

I say take the shit to court...he deserves being sent away and getting his butt hole seen to by some big ol' tattooed denim clad inmate (bet he'd enjoy it too). You can then flog his star wars or even worse devalue it by opening all the sealed stuff in front of him...hmmm theres an idea...
